This is a 185/205R14 Michelin Radial tube with a TR13 Offset rubber stem. This 14 inch inner tube car fitment for radial tires 185-205 section width. Recommended application is for Radial or Bias Ply tires and the recommended tire fitment is for a 185/205R14 tire. Fits 185-205 width, 14 inch diameter tires. This tube has a TR13 rubber stem and the valve stem location is Offset. TR13 stem is rubber stem 1 1/2 inches tall, 3/8 inch in diameter. Actual item may differ from photo. Answer:
Whether a tire is radial or bias ply is not the sole factor in determining if a tube is needed. Many 14" and 15" bias ply tires are in fact tubeless. Tubes are sometimes necessary, regardless of tire construction, when wire wheels are used, or any other type of wheel that is not airtight and therefore cannot maintain air pressure with a tubeless tire. Some bias-look radial tires of 16" or larger diameter also require tubes.

Good question, The TR13 stem is a short, rubber stem that is about 3/8" in diameter towards the base. This works on a wide variety of wheels, especially newer ones / reproductions. The offset location means it works on wheels with your standard valve stem hole location. Thanks for your question!
