Genuine Redline Tire

This product features a genuine redline sidewall style, sometimes known as a red stripe, due to the thin 3/8-inch strip rubber. This means that the red rubber is added directly to the tire sidewall during initial construction of the carcass, resulting in a truly integrated, high-quality product after vulcanization. Redline tires hit the American automobile market in 1964 with the introduction of the Pontiac GTO and remained a popular muscle car tire until around 1970. Dual redline tires (two red stripes) were an option on Ford Mustangs, and are now reproduced in original bias ply, bias look radial as well as radial construction. The term "bias look radial" is something that Coker Tire created when we introduced the American Classic bias look radial product line. This means the tire has the appearance and the sizing profiles of a vintage bias ply tire, with modern radial construction. This provides an original look with a smooth ride and longer tread life, compared to bias ply tires. We offer bias look radial tires for vehicles ranging from the 1920's through the 1970's.
