How It Works

   orders to be shipped directly to a certified installer
  • Zip code is entered and surrounding certified 
   installers are listed
  • Once selected, the certified shop receives customer 
   tire and wheel details with tracking info
  • Your shop contacts the customer when the order 
   arrives to set up an installation appointment
  • Customer pays when installation is complete

Certified Installer Terms and Conditions


1. Certification Requirements
To become and remain a certified tire installer, the Installer must:
1.1 Qualifications:
• Be a licensed and insured tire installer.
• Have 2 years of experience in tire installation and related services.
• Must be TIA Certified or Pass TIA certification test. (Basic 200 Level Online Training)
1.2 Equipment:
• Maintain the necessary equipment to install, balance, and service tires according to industry standards.
1.3 Compliance:
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding tire installation and related services.
2. Responsibilities of the Installer
The Installer agrees to:
2.1 Professional Service:
• Provide high-quality, professional, and timely tire installation services to customers.
2.2 Warranties:
• Offer a warranty on labor for tire installations for a period of at least 30 days from the installation date.
2.3 Customer Service:
• Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure clear communication with customers.
2.4 Record Keeping:
• Keep accurate records of all installations and related services.
3. Program Participation
3.1 Use of Certification:
• Installers may advertise themselves as a "Certified Tire Installer" for Coker Tire
3.2 Compliance Audits:
• Coker Tire reserves the right to audit the applicable Installer’s work, facilities, and records to ensure compliance with the Program standards.
3.3 Revocation of Certification: • Certification may be revoked at any time if the Installer fails to comply with these terms, provides substandard service, or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
4. Compensation and Fees
4.1 Compensation:
• The Installer will receive compensation for tire installation services by the consumer and according to the installer's posted fee schedule published on CokerTire.com. Coker Tire will at no time directly compensate the Installer.
4.2 Fees and Costs:
• The Installer is responsible for any fees related to certification, recertification, and any additional training required by Coker Tire.
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1 Installer's Liability:
• The Installer is liable for any damages or injuries that occur as a result of improper tire installation or failure to meet industry standards.
• Coker Tire shall not be held liable for any damages or malfunctions arising from improper installation, including errors made during the installation process by any third party
5.2 Insurance:
• The Installer must maintain adequate liability insurance coverage to cover damages or claims arising from services provided under this Program.
Proof of insurance must be submitted to Coker Tire upon request.
6. Termination of Agreement
6.1 Voluntary Termination:
• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
6.2 Immediate Termination:
• Coker Tire may terminate the Installer's certification immediately if the Installer is found to be in violation of any terms, including but not limited to improper installation, lack of insurance, or unethical business practices.
7. Indemnification
• The Installer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coker Tire and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to the Installer's services, negligence, or violation of this Agreement.
8. Confidentiality
The Installer agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information related to Coker Tire, including customer data, pricing information, and Program processes, unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Amendments
Coker Tire Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Installers will be notified of any changes in writing or electronically and will be required to agree to the updated terms to continue participating in the Program.
10. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Installer and Coker Tire with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations.
