A popular tire choice for Mustangs, Camaros and other popular muscle and pony car applications. All BFGoodrich Silvertown Radials feature an all season tread design with an S-speed rating. Genuine Redline Tire

This product features a genuine redline sidewall style, sometimes known as a red stripe, due to the thin 3/8-inch strip rubber. This means that the red rubber is added directly to the tire sidewall during initial construction of the carcass, resulting in a truly integrated, high-quality product after vulcanization. Redline tires hit the American automobile market in 1964 with the introduction of the Pontiac GTO and remained a popular muscle car tire until around 1970. Dual redline tires (two red stripes) were an option on Ford Mustangs, and are now reproduced in original bias ply construction as well as radial construction.

S Speed Rating

S Speed Rated: Up to 112 mph (180 km/h). Often required OE for higher performance trim level classic automobiles.
