Good Times at Goodguys Nashville

May 23, 2011
Car guys are particularly good at finding a way to surround themselves around like-minded folks, and it's been that way for years. Car shows are a great way to do it, and we're lucky to be in a region where you could easily attend a car show every weekend if you don't mind traveling 100 miles or so. And while we attend many shows with our booth setup, we also visit several shows throughout the year in a more casual manner. This past weekend, we made the drive up to LP Field in Nashville, Tennessee for the 6th annual Goodguys Nashville Nationals.

This event is always packed with awesome hot rods, customs and muscle cars, so it's a great place for a car guy to enjoy himself. We snapped a few photos while we were at the event, and couldn't help but check out the autocross, where a great deal of muscle cars did battle on the short, cone-lined course. Lots of tire squealing, steering wheel sawing and hard braking makes for exciting action. We also stopped by the swap meet to see if there were any good deals out there, but came home empty-handed. We did, however, come home with a BUNCH of pictures, so check 'em out and see if your car is shown!
